Good teaching! Heard wild cherries are worse than I guess ochard cherry trees?. Yes I have read the same about stone fruit. Mine went crazy on a not well plum tree. No issues even in the wilted leaves. HOWEVER I went and pulled the tree anyway. Not taking chances. Mine are pets but no one wants to come out and see their livestock sick and dying/dead.

I was looking for you at Granger Smith's get-together since the Dutch family and the Arms family were there, especially the Arms family. I love your channel and all of the info you always have. Even though I live in the city it's so relaxing to watch what's going on and seeing the dogs and the goats. The same goes for the Walker and Adler families. You guys don't compete against each other. Good thing that wild cherry tree blew over since it can kill the goats. You guys be safe since it's that time of year for the tornadoes. We get some here in Colorado but not as large as what you get, especially in the Denver metro area, thanks to the mountain range, but we have them occasionally. You guys are good people. God bless.

My dad and mom bought a farm that several wild cherry trees in the area that they were going to make into pasture land for cattle. After talking to the local conservationist they found out that wild cherry trees would be poisonous and deadly to animals. Needless to say those trees were cut and made into firewood. Every bit of those trees were removed.

I really enjoy watching you guys do the milling on the trees I’m watching Dutch use that on his little new build. That was the first time I heard about those cherry trees, very good information. We will be homesteading early summer in Montana and depending what property we get we will have to be careful. We haven’t bought any property yet,, still trying to get things settled here in Oregon. Can’t wait to get moved, looking forward to it. My friends who are going to be moving me are the ones that will be purchasing the property. One came up on our radar for 40 acres, I believe they’re getting ready to go over so they can take a look at it. They want to make sure they’ve got plenty of trees on their land. They come from logging here in Oregon so they know what they are looking for. I saw my first Sugar Pine, Pinetree a month ago, it sure is a beautiful Pinetree.

Love the beauty of those trees and when first moved to the property I found it odd those trees were growing quite a distance from our pasture on other side of fence. And limbs had been constantly cut back. Not a fan of the fruit but birds loved it and I loved to hear all the music they gave me. I did find out they were deadly but hard to destroy so much beauty. After a few years they weren’t worth another job so burned grove down. Hope people hear you on all your social media platforms cus as always you give the real facts.
