if one will really think about it, the fact that early farmers took the time to move and set up such stones is rather amazing. there could well be a connection all of the way back to Gobekli Tepe and that region and era of time, since EEF were a migrated form of Anatolian Farmers from the area of Tepe etc, wonder if it was a age old mental thing, a belief for them.
