I wanna stay on and slightly off topic. In the Abrahamic religions gods are “angels”. It’s interesting that a self realised human “Enoch” became head of the gods “angels” becoming the archangel metatron. Which to me demonstrates that gods are not necessarily self realised even in the abrahamic religions. And the actions of human to become good and self realised resulted in him being placed head of a heavenly host.

Very well said Vic, you just cycled back into my space, and conversation recently. Always a pleasure to witness your share of this great perceptual experience of the one. Its especially a treat when it compliments what one experiences as human even with stories from cultures outside of your own. It truly is beautiful and such a paradox.

Aren't the Gods already enlightened since they know they are one with Source and have more experience? Humans have short lives with hardly any time to discover and experience enlightenment to the fullest.

The video explains this. In short... from a Karma point of view, "yes" - the gods are already enlightened - because they are already reaping the most mature harvest of the most excellent actions. From the other two points of view, however, jñāna and bhakti, "no, not at all." The point the gods make in this video is that the short human life is more of an asset for enlightenment than the long life of the gods.
