Unfortunately dried fruit can be full of sugar so be careful Demi of the hidden calories there. Fresh fruit is a better option. I hope this helps abit. Love dancing too xx

I know it is hard. It was some advice I was given on weight watchers to be careful of the dried fruit. I like an handful of grapes instead and a banana with fat free yoghurt. I have to start again Demi. You can still eat what you want on ww but mindfully. I don't know what plan your sticking to but I hope you do well. We are all doing our best. I sincerely wish you the best with it and you are definitely looking great anyway. I find I need that sugar craving fix after dinner everytime lol, life is too short xx
