I would love this honestly. I'm also not sure if they base it off your highest members? or what you have saved as requested drops for the banners? Because each time ive had it so far its shown weapons/characters that im actively trying to push.

☝️ THIS ☝️ I cannot tell you the disappointment when I found out weapon part quests weren’t apart of the daily quests every time… The game sets you up thinking you can progress on upgrading weapons by getting weapon parts and that was cool. And it’s still cool, just disappointing that it’s much slower… like cmon it takes 200x weapon parts to overboost (or upgrade to 5Star) even if we get a few everyday it’ll still take quite a long time to upgrade or max out. As a low spender or F2P this would help a TON. Hope they make this a regular thing

I've been playing this game *super* casually - though I did purchase the battle pass. I want that wallpaper. :( .. But, I'm playing at my own pace and I love it. I got to the Crises Core section of the story and didn't want to experience it through the abridged version so, I'm playing actual Crises Core: Reunion along side it. It's been fun! And then news for Rebirth drops - I've been in FF 7 heaven lately!! I just unlocked sub weapons today. I'm still a bit confused about so many stats flying around, honestly. And wondering how weapons and materia and the costumes affect those stats. It still is a lot to take in.

i totally agree with you on many points in this video as a new Auronn jayy finder, stumbled upon you when this released, sure the here is this pack for doing something can be annoying but u simply click off of it and go about ur day, not a big deal. Also i havent spent a penny and just played a bit more than you in terms of hours per day, i have 98k max power, my main team is all lvl 50 tho, and only 3 lvl 80 weapons for my main team of cloud, tifa, and aerith, 2 duped murasame and 2 duped fairy tail, and ofc the maxed free weapons, im slowly working on getting all sub weapons to 50 at the least but i havent touched materia like AT ALL, only synthesize them but havent lvled any yet, was hoping we would get an event for that before i dabble into that area of progression!! Keep it up tho man, im glad to have found such a chill individual that i can follow for this who also enjoys it casually and I look forward to this game lasting quite awhile and giving us plenty to enjoy about the FF7 universe.

So far, the game is really cool, especially if you’re a Final Fantasy fan (which I can only assume the main people playing are) and I am currently at account level 34 and I have some things I’d like to share about this game as someone who’s played a decent amount of gacha and taking into consideration I haven’t spent the majority of the free crystals I’ve been given: Pros -the game’s story is amazing! If you didn’t play any of the FFVII games or wanted to dive deeper into SOLDIER’s past, then this game is gonna give all that little by little. -there’s plenty to do, so you’re always busy and it never feels like you just leave energy on the table. -character progression isn’t Lightning fast, so there’s a chance for you to grow little by little giving you more to do. -even though there’s gacha, since there’s been a lot of free tickets you don’t really need to dive heavily into the gacha if you just want a 5* weapon. Cons: -it’s not a game for those who aren’t willing to grind. Maybe it’s because I haven’t used the gacha, but I’ve hit many walls even in the story because my characters weren’t a high enough level to beat a mission. And if you’re wondering why I haven’t used it, I’m both saving for something else, and I wanted to see if the game was as friendly as some were saying that you didn’t need to focus on the gacha aspect which for now does seem to be a limitation and you do need to pull for good weapons/weapon dupes. -it has a sort of “first soldier” feel in the sense that a lot of things dropped very quickly. I can’t say that it’ll keep that rhythm, and it might not be a terrible thing, but keeping up with events that require 100,000+ power level and I only have maximum 70,000 is pretty tough. It may be my fault but I am looking at this game from a “you supposedly don’t need the gacha to have fun” perspective. I might be forgetting something but that’s it for pros/cons. Currently the game has handed out about 50-55k crystals (from clearable events). About 36k is needed to guarantee a weapon and armor for those who are terribly unlucky with stamps. Having paid options isn’t a bad thing and even if they were slightly aggressive with their marketing, what things in life aren’t aggressive with marketing? Even the videos we watch on here can have ads lol, so we gotta let the devs make money. For now that’s my current analysis unless I remember more later on. It’s not the same team but they did use FSO assets, and thus had to use some as such. FSO is why this exists. It was about to release a PC client even, so maybe that might in the works :) I’m sure almost everyone would love that

There needs to more ways to get the 5* mythril mats for uncapping lv80 weapons. I feel it's heavily gatekept. Other than that I expected to have to have farm the other uncapping and enhancing mats. I've yet to make a 4* materia😢 bought the lightning imperil materia with crisis medals and a little mythril.

Been enjoying this game so much I started a second account. Main account is a minnow, second account is F2P. Main account is at 130k, second is at 100k. Ive been having a blast. Yeah the game isn't perfect but its only been two weeks, the game has plenty of time to grow and get better with QoLs and such. Im certainly willing to keep playing and see what happens.

You need more than 10 weapons to max out a weapon truly. There is overdrive + which allows you to increase the weapon further. Not 100% certain of the cap if it's +20 or +30. If so it would require 31 or 41 copies of a weapon respectively to max it out. 11 to get cap the stars out then 20 or 30 copies for +20/+30. Of course there's weapon parts, but that will take awhile.

Five water sword pulls in a row with one stamp and zero five stars. Have to admit, this almost broke me. Also during all of these free pulls, a single 5* weapon. I am reconsidering whether to keep playing because something seems off. Now I have a trust issue. I am seriously doubting their published pull rates.

I'm a regular Auronnj fan from WotV, so as usual, thanks for the content! Now, I must confess I'm having a blast with this game! Although I keep getting some recommended videos with clickbait titles such as "the end of Final Fantasy" or "p2w", I keep ignoring them. I get that same feeling people don't really get Gacha games, or games in general for that matter... Honestly, I just want the story to keep on rolling! Gimme Before Crisis! Gimme Genesis! Gimme kid Seph! Gimme First SOLDIER story (I never thought there something would come out of that)! AWESOME! Considering the game actual status, they'll have a bunch of opportunities for events and side stories. And Rebirth's coming soon... Good Knights of the Round gods, I really can't wait! Hahaha

You know it's perfectly okay to not want to be gouged for every penny you have when you want to relax and play a simple video game eh? "people don't really get gacha games" it's not about "getting" gacha games. Everyone knows they are designed to exploit people with no will power or self control. It's weird how there are all these people who defend these immoral companies who hire psychologists and such to find the best ways to exploit their playerbase and charge then absolutely absurd prices for what ends up being almost nothing. What's wrong with wanting to sit back and play a game from a franchise you have been playing since the 80s and not expecting to have endless way too overpriced FOMO bundles shoved down my face every couple minutes. Can't even really play the game for more than 15 minutes before being forced to wait 5 hours while your stamina replenishes or pay more than a triple a title to play for another 15 minutes. Just a correction, a weapon isn't maxed after 10 dupes. After getting it to purple, you can keep going and get it to purple +30.

I have been a light spender and I would say its pretty f2p friendly especially if you rerolled correctly and pulled dupes on the banners. I do like how we are 2 weeks in and we still have content to clear.

Definitely rough trying to MAX max weapons, but tbh, I think the key to this game is going to be building wide, not tall. Like some people are acting as if the Murasame and Fairy Tale is the only thing you need to care about/pull for and you're set for life and ignoring the fact that outside of being a nice stat stick, Murasame isn't doing anything in a LOT of content. 50-70 is plenty good on a weapon and you NEED options. Yeah, make those stat sticks and build makers, but options are going to be everything. People like Cloud and Zack who can plug in whatever the weak element is or like Tifa and Red who can play with the buffs/debuffs are going to really want you to spread that attention.

I get a lot of Echoes of Mana vibes from this so I've already checked out. Unless you're really counting rate ups as an actual event there has only been one event and it's been pretty meh. In the grand scheme there isn't very much meaningful content in this game besides mat farming. Once you're clear of the story all you basically got is just harder versions of the exploration story missions and multiple repeated increasingly difficult fights. Once you burn your stamina pots you are down to basically doing your 3 premium missions, 2-3 mercenary missions and 2 more missions at 60 stamina a day. I guess you can redo tower missions for whatever reason. You probably already used up your 3 dungeon keys on Sunday so yeah I guess you can just do the 0 xp missions for eternity.

There is overdrive + I'm not sure the max value if it is +20 then you'd need 31 copies of a weapon to max it out. If it's +30 then it would be 41 copies.

You need 10 to “fully realize” it’s potential. Whenever you click on a weapon you are able to see them at different “tiers” the last tier takes 10 dupes or 2000 weapon parts. Anything after that just gives you incremental stat increases on the weapon and that can go to like 30 or something. But it’s important to note that isn’t worth your time or money, even for a whale. It’s just a little extra something after you Overboost a 5star to OB10.

Can’t wait to watch this entire vid but have family over. My biggest issue with game (aside from SE ignoring my support ticket as I cannot bind my account to anything) is Co-Op. not it’s existence, it’s that it’s a requirement just to progress through Jumpstart etc. I sit there with people that just let it time out, or there’s never anyone there. This is a PVE game so idk why it’s there anyway. My biggest future fear is that they add PVP or Guilds and it becomes WOTV

While I really appreciate the character building and farming structure of the game, which like said in the video makes you always work toward something, I have to say that I like "playing" when playing a game. Truth be told, you never have to actually engage with the gameplay in this game, and that's a shame coming from a name (FFVII) known for its intricate and engaging gameplay in both its versions.
