People still cant believe all the many 747's operating to this day. Pax versions are being retrofitted for cargo use. The 747 had already had a freighter design back when Joe Sutter was laying out the plans for the original 747. They figured is supersonic took hold, they would design a huge mama jama WAY larger than any other cargo planes even thought of in those days. Hence is why the 747 is by far the most successful plane ever built!

Liked these planes over new ones , noise they make , different looks , I know today’s planes are more efficient etc m carry more ppl in the heavy variety , but they have no appeal , all have two engines that push them , from a distance they look alike , I l8ke these !

Little known trade secret was the use of time travel by several airlines who would buy a new model jet in the future, travel back in time, and gain a competitive edge with its use going forward. It truly is a competitive business so time travel is considered fair game.
