@@ambers4524 I actually go over this more in my video about the end of year review. But overall I would say there is a decent amount of reading if you choose to use it to it's fullest. It was my son's first course about government so I think he enjoyed it pretty well and learning about different historical people. The reading and understanding of the articles and amendments were a bit challenging. Hope this helps!

I have this.. I bought it because another mom wanted to do a small two family study and then completely flakes on me about it. So now I'm finally getting to it this year.

Hey there! We are actually in the process of doing this right now. I definitely will be doing a review on it. I can tell you right now as we are almost half way through, I definitely recommend it for more 7th-8th grade, although younger kids may enjoy certain parts, a lot of it would go right over there head in my opinion. I will do a review by the end of May hopefully!

I have this curriculum. My kids are 4th and 5th grade this year. Do you think this unit study would be too mature for them? Or would you recommend I dive into it?

I do think it would be a little advanced or boring. Parts of it may be a stretch even for my 7th grader. Hope this helps, thanks for your question!
