Y'know I see this song more as a lullaby sang to the next generation of children of the boiling isles. Like a song that is sang every night to children so that the lullaby would be past down from generation to generation for the tale of the six good witches to never be forgotten. When I hear this, I like to think that this song was created by a Bard in the far future. She had heard many stories about the heroes who saved Boiling Isles ever since she was little and wanted to write a song about them. While other bards sang about how this small group of kids defeated the evil emperor Belos, she wanted this song to be more "personal" since the stories she heard meant so much to her. Unfortunately, she grew up in an age where these heroes sadly passed away not too long ago. Still determined to create this song, she traveled around The Boiling Isles, gathering stories from people who knew these six kids personally. After a long journey, she compiled all that she had learned into this very song.

For the spin-off, I’m hoping for everyone in the future but it revolves around Luz and Amity’s daughter, Azura. If it’s twins, the boy could be named Manny after Luz’s dad🙂 She even makes friends with the other gangs’ kids and get into their own messes. Maybe even have glimpses into the past to explain things like how the human realm portal ended up in Eda’s backyard, how Odalia and Alastor ended up together, how Eda and Hooty met, and a more in-depth look into Caleb and Phillip’s life in the Demon Realm before….u know. Maybe even a twist where Azura ends up sent to the past at some point messing around with a new spell and we see that the Azura books was based on her when she ran into the author!!😁

Maybe the author used a time pool and unfortunately the tide came in and she got stuck in the past before her parents, so she wrote the books that would come to inspire her mothers? I could see that happening.

It makes me so mad that future generations wont experience the show like we did cause Disney ended it. I love the owl house so much and I go back every few weeks for a rewatch. I love this song and I do get why people hate it but I care more about the lyrics than how the song sounds. Plus, theres certain parts that fit well with how the songs going. If I have to tell a generation about our tv shows, owl house is always first.
