Watching this again i just realized Jake said he was on heroin. I am in recovery as well from that shit. Thats one thing im extremely grateful for in the yoyo community is helping me stay sober.

Nestle pure life = worst widely available water imo. Also, yomega BLAZER was the one with the little rubber stoppers I think. I remember having a green one in the early 2010s and how heavy that thing felt on the string. Probably the only yoyo like that with that response system lol

Idk if this would be a good topic or not but i was thinking about it today and was wondering what yalls opinion on subscription services and lottery style yoyo drops. Personally i cant stand them. I feel like it produces this false rarity and just gets less yoyos in less hands. Would love to hear yalls opinion on it.

@RecessIntl by all means let them make their moolah! I guess the saltiness kicks in when you see an awesome looking throw but your only chance of getting it is winning against 100 plus people. Or refreshing a website everyday hoping something is in stock 🤣 🤣 🤣

@@Messiahbolicalx yeah I totally get it 😫 - and like you said it is an artificial scarcity so that it targets fans like you to pull the trigger and purchase if and when you can - that’s just business unfortunately for a lot of higher end products 😭 - especially in markets like yoyo where there’s a million brands and it’s hard to differentiate yourself - you create something someone wants but can’t get, and after enough failures you’ll spend anything, refresh all afternoon, etc. I also think it’s kind of wack, but like you said you gotta justify it somehow - if everyone could get one everyone might not want one and then you’re left with 200 yoyos in your basement 😂💖
