When I was 13, I was at my mom's friend's house playing with the friend's 9 year old daughter. The daughter called 911 on me because I refused to play a game of picking up marbles with my toes and throwing them. I hung up before it rang through but the police called back and I had to explain to that to them. The police lectured the girl on how she's lucky they didn't give us a fine and how calling 911 isnt a joke.

Both situations may warrant reaching out to a lawyer prior to returning that call. So yes police do call back

I remember when I was younger, I thought it would be funny to call the cops. I instantly hung up the phone after I heard the receptor, which probably escalated the situation. When the cops came, they rang the doorbell and my dad came to answer it while I was hiding behind the couch. It was fine and the cops left with no trouble, but that moment is probably gonna stay in my memory for the rest of my life.

I did actually accidentally dial 911 once. I was a kid during the summer, and I woke up pretty late. I went to check the time, and my phone went crazy. I enabled something where it shows where you tap on the phone, and there were like a million taps per second going on in the bottom right corner without me even touching it. I guess something happened when I swiped up to put in my password though, because next thing I knew, the phone said it was dialing 911. It said to swipe if I wanted to cancel the call, so I tried to swipe, BUT IT DIDNT FUCKING WORK. At this point, I’m a kid in middle school, so I’m almost having a panic attack, as I try to tell the 911 operator that I fucked up and I don’t know how the call happened. Scariest moment of my life right there lol, but the cops never showed up and it ended up being all good. Still wild.

One time I accidentally pocket fialed 911 when i was at my local gliderport. Since my phone was on mute and i just launched a glider, i had no clue that i did. 10 minutes later a police cruiser rolled up because if they dont hear anythinf they still have to check it out and I had to explain that it was a problem with my old phone (i had pocket dialed them twice already but intercepted it and had to apologize to the operator and give out my informatiom several times.
