@@abro7189 To clarify: Our gospel that saves us today is to believe Jesus died, shedding His blood, was buried and rose from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins. That's step one. Step two: We must put our trust in this gospel for the forgiveness of our sins, to be saved. Paul puts it this way: Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, There is no need to repent or turn from our sins to be saved. That is "works" salvation. We are saved by grace through faith alone in Christ work on the cross. Eph 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6, I Cor 15:1-4 Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. He came to save sinners, not people making themselves righteous by turning from their sins, they can't that do anyway.

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved” Acts 16:31 it’s faith in the death, burial and resurrection that saves you and believeing that he died for you, personally. We can not earn salvation but it is a free gift (Eph 2:8-9) We have to recognize that we are a sinner in need of a savior and that is only through Jesus and nothing else. Once we are saved we are sealed until Christs return. Good to start reading through Romans, Galatians and Ephesians to see how to live God honoring lives :)😊

​@56username no, you do not NEED to be baptised. Just like the thief on the cross next to Jesus was saved by believing in Jesus, so can you be saved. The thief never had time to get baptised of course as he was hung on the cross. Getting baptised is our works again. We aren't saved by our works - we are only saved by what Jesus did. Getting baptised is still a good thing to do of course - as is doing good works. We do it out of our love for out Lord.

The doctrine that D&K Grace teaches takes away repentance, takes away the words of Christ, takes away the gospel of Christ, takes away the kingdom of God, takes away baptism for the remission of sin, and makes the words of Paul more authoritative than the words of Jesus. His false doctrine takes away large portions of the bible. He does not know the difference between a gentile and a Jew in the bible. Avoid his false doctrines.

I also like to include ROMANS 3:25: when I give people the gospel, it is important to know the blood washes us clean, the blood covers us. Which is what the Passover was pointing to, death passes over the believer because of the blood God sees, like when death passed over the Israelites when they were in Egypt.

Yes Ronnie, all TRUTH there. I struggled for years in silent frustration with a blackness of heart. I love Jesus so much but I walked around feeling dirty and unworthy. I so wanted God's love and Kindness but I saw His anger and His wrath more. I hid from God many times (I'm not the first one with that crazy thought 🙂) Oh wretched am I played over and over in my head. One blessed morning the Lord said, "Look to Me, Kadian, as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness so I was lifted up on the cross. LOOK, BELIEVE & LIVE!!! I tell you the truth, I have been looking, I believe and never ever in my life I ever felt such freedom. I feel like I am flying everyday. I have a Saviour and a Lord. I have a Father. I am His and He is mine! If you are struggling, "Look only to Jesus." there is no help looking to self, not even to your bible or your church attendance, not even how many times you repent. Only Jesus can save you. Look only to Him!

Repent means ‘change of mind’ that we no longer use in our daily language. Even God repented in the bible, it just means he changed his mind, read story of Jonah, God repented. GOD DOES NOT COMMIT SINS. Repent means change of mind from UNBELIEF to BELIEF in Jesus sacrafice for your sins and you will be saved. May God bless :)

The Most High God of the most high gods give the ten commandments to all human that live all over the world. The ten commandments is knowledge of sins and the ten commandments show that all human that live all over the world break the ten commandment and all human in the world must be punish in hell fire for breaking the Ten Commandments. To clarify: Our gospel that saves us today is to believe Jesus died, shedding His blood, was buried and rose from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins. That's step one. Step two: We must put our trust in this gospel for the forgiveness of our sins, to be saved. Paul puts it this way: Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, There is no need to repent or turn from our sins to be saved. That is "works" salvation. We are saved by grace through faith alone in Christ work on the cross. Eph 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6, I Cor 15:1-4 Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. He came to save sinners, not people making themselves righteous by turning from their sins, they can't that do anyway.

Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey Family Story Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our 16-year-old son, Ethan, played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart. I quietly blinked back tears. I glanced out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pull up to the house, but no one arrived. However, within a few minutes, a patrol car DID pull into the driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst. My husband and I went out to meet the officer, who confirmed our fears. Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed; they still are. Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, our family has such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son and brother again. You see, when Ethan was a young boy, he was saved; he put his faith in Jesus alone to forgive his sins and to take him to Heaven when he died. He realized some very important truths from the Bible that he would want to share with you. His Story Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell. “For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price] “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8) Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Jesus is alive today! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) Ethan was sorry for his sin, repented (turned), and received by faith the free gift that God offered to him. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b) Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. He is alive in Heaven with Jesus today; and because of this great HOPE in Christ, we know we will see him again soon - not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour! “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28) Your Story What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day - What if you were to die today? Where will you spend eternity - Heaven or the Lake of Fire? There will not be any parties in the Lake of Fire. It is a place of eternal torment for those who reject God's Son. The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) We did not know that Ethan would step into eternity that day; however, because he put his faith in Jesus alone for his salvation, Ethan was ready to go. Some day - perhaps today - you will take your last breath here on earth, and you will step into eternity. Where you spend eternity is determined by what you do with Jesus Christ. Will you accept Him or reject Him? You are not promised another day or another breath. False gospel… “repenting of your sins” means “obey the law,” for “sin is the transgression of the law.” “Repenting of your sins” does not save you, it condemns you, as the law only condemns, for the law is perfect, as it is God’s perfect standard, and we are not perfect and cannot reach that standard, thus we look to Christ. “Repent” means “change of mind,” and you’re changing your mind from unbelief to belief in Christ. Mark 1:15, Acts 2:37-38. Repentance is the turning away from sin and dead works that separated us from God in the first place - God calls us to be set apart, because He is holy. This is not works based salvation - it is true faith salvation, because faith without works is dead, it's not authentic (James 2:20-24)

As Ronnie shared at the start of the video, God wants to relate to His creation, us being His image bearers. Jesus comes and gives us His righteousness, His right standing with God who we call father to pay and amend for the wrong we did to God. So when God sees us covered by Jesus', He sees us as righteous. Now, to repent and turn away from sin becomes a natural response of our heart when we realize the amazing forgiveness we get in Jesus. God hates sin and gave us a way out, so it makes sense we would actively strive to turn away from sin: not as a way to earn brownie points, but simply we know it is good for us to turn away from evil and sin. When someone you love gives and shows you their affection, do you just shrug off and walk away? No, you embrace them in return and you desire to live for them. God is the same.

Acts 2:40 "And with many other words did he testify and exhort saying save yourselves from this un-toward generation" The lord chose twelve apostles to preach the gospel and the plan of salvation to the world, Jesus died for our sins which now has given us our own freewill to make the decision to do these three things in love and continue to strive toward his perfect will. It is not enough to just be a good person and do good acts, we must walk after his love. John 3:3 "Verily Verily I say unto thee, except a man be born of the water and of the spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God" Thank-you Jesus for dying on that rugged cross for us because now we have a chance to make our heart right with him daily. The Lord's death doesn't mean we are automatically saved, but he gave us free will to choose the path of life or darkness. Jesus was sent for US to follow after his example as he robbed himself in flesh by repenting(Matthew 4:17), being baptized in Jesus name (Acts 2:38)and having the Holy Spirit(John 14:26)(Matthew 4:16).

Guys this is really helpful because I’m 15 and I’ve always believed in God but now I understand the Bible more and I used to be scared of death and thinking I wouldn’t make it.So one day I cried out to God and I asked for forgiveness and it changed who I was.Now my faith is stronger than ever.Now that I heard that If I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that God sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins you shall be saved has helped me so much to not be scared and now I’m working on repenting from my sins and addictions.God loves you have a blessed day whoever reads this and whoever doesn’t.

I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart. I quietly blinked back tears. I glanced out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pull up to the house, but no one arrived. However, within a few minutes, a patrol car DID pull into the driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst. My husband and I went out to meet the officer, who confirmed our fears. Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed; they still are. Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, our family has such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son and brother again. You see, when Ethan was a young boy, he was saved; he put his faith in Jesus alone to forgive his sins and to take him to Heaven when he died. He realized some very important truths from the Bible that he would want to share with you. His Story Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell. “For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price] “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8) Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Hi Ronnie , We can’t repent from our sins, the term repent in the Greek means to change your mind. Example, I did not believe in God , but I repented and now I believe in God. To be born again, per John 3:3 is the way to Heaven. And this everlasting life Christ offers it is a free gift. Per Ephesians 2:8-9, and Romans 5:15,16. paid for by Christ on the cross, John 3:15,16,17, 18, the gospel is the death and resurrection, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4., When we believe in and trust him , yes tell Christ in prayer, Romans 10:8-13, in which we are sealed when we believe Ephesians 1:13, 4:30.

Turning from sin is work, here is clear scripture that proves it; Jonah 3:9 Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not? 3:10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. Turning from your evil way is work, according to God. Also, did you notice how God repented of the evil he said he would do to Ninevah? Does that make God an evil wicked sinner? Of course not, God is perfect and holy, yet he is capable of doing evil. To do evil means to harm someone, and we know that when God pours out his wrath, it's for a just and righteous cause.

The doctrine that D&K Grace teaches takes away repentance, takes away the words of Christ, takes away the gospel of Christ, takes away the kingdom of God, takes away baptism for the remission of sin, and makes the words of Paul more authoritative than the words of Jesus. To clarify: Our gospel that saves us today is to believe Jesus died, shedding His blood, was buried and rose from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins. That's step one. Step two: We must put our trust in this gospel for the forgiveness of our sins, to be saved. Paul puts it this way: Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, There is no need to repent or turn from our sins to be saved. That is "works" salvation. We are saved by grace through faith alone in Christ work on the cross. Eph 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6, I Cor 15:1-4 Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. He came to save sinners, not people making themselves righteous by turning from their sins, they can't that do anyway.

Thus the Lord uses all His divine means to give such a man, in return for his good works, the opportunity not to lose his reward in the future life. But to this end, we must begin with a right faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Who came into the world to save sinners and Who, through our acquiring for ourselves the grace of the Holy Spirit, brings into our hearts the Kingdom of God and opens the way for us to win the blessings of the future life. But the acceptability to God of good deeds not done for Christ's sake is limited to this: the Creator gives the means to make them living (cf. Hebrews. 6:1). It rests with man to make them living or not. That is why the Lord said to the Jews: If you had been blind, you would have had no sin. But now you say 'We see,' so your sin remains (John 9:41). If a man like Cornelius enjoys the favor of God for his deeds, though not done for Christ's sake, and then believes in His Son, such deeds will be imputed to him as done for Christ's sake. But in the opposite event a man has no right to complain, when the good he has done is useless. It never is, when it is done for Christ's sake, since good done for Him not only merits a crown of righteousness in the world to come, but also in this present life fills us with the grace of the Holy Spirit. Moreover, it is said: God does not give the Spirit by measure (John 3:34-35). "That is it, your Godliness. Acquiring the Spirit of God is the true aim of our Christian life, while prayer, fasting, almsgiving and other good works done for Christ's sake are merely means for acquiring the Spirit of God."

Heavily know this video is old and you may not awnser me but I’m not baptized and yet I’ve confessed of my sins and repented soo does this mean I’m Saved or do I still need to get baptized? Is that I’m just entered in this new life Jesus and God has offered me I just wanted to know and have some guidance for where should I start

You do not have to be baptized in ordered to be saved. Once you are saved by Jesus, as an act of loyalty and to show the world of your new life, you are supposed to be baptized.

To clarify the gospel of our salvation: Our gospel that saves us today is to believe Jesus died, shedding His blood, was buried and rose from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins. I Cor 15:1-4. That's step one. Step two: We must put our trust in this gospel for the forgiveness of our sins and nothing else, to be saved. It's that simple. Those are all "works" salvation. We are saved by grace not works (Rom 11:6), through faith alone, in Christ work on the cross. It is a gift 100%. Eph 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6, I Cor 15:1-4 Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. He came to save sinners, not people trying to make themselves righteous by doing some kind of good work or turning from their sins, they can't that do anyway. Simply believe and put your trust in the gospel Paul gave us from Jesus. Then start reading Rom - Phil to understand what was written to us the body of Christ, so we could know what God wants from us and who we are in Christ, once we are saved. The doctrine that D&K Grace teaches takes away repentance, takes away the words of Christ, takes away the gospel of Christ, takes away the kingdom of God, takes away baptism for the remission of sin, and makes the words of Paul more authoritative than the words of Jesus. His false doctrine takes away large portions of the bible. He does not know the difference between a gentile and a Jew in the bible. Avoid his false doctrines.

@@timothyseals3791 repentance is simply realizing that we are all sinners and we deserve to be in hell. But God had a better plan so he came as a man named Jesus and died on the cross for our sins, resurrected three days later and promised eternal life to all who believe that. It's really simple and totally free. Baptism is simply a outward celebration of the gift of salvation. The gospel is extremely good news.

@@timothyseals3791 perhaps you are referring to baptism of the holy Spirit in which case you are correct baptism of the holy Spirit is God gifting you the spirit once you believe in Jesus for eternal life. As far as repentance being a realization of being a sinner that's biblical from cover to cover. You suffer from believing you have some kind of special repentance. Problem is if you took a deeper look you would realize how short you actually fall from God's holy standards. Jesus death and resurrection is our hope for salvation and our only hope to maintain salvation.
