A sincere Happy New Year Sisters and Brothers of South Sudan! This is a kind of news that most of us appreciate and encourage. We need more investments that produces more jobs and eventually services, goods and wellbeing for all citizens of the Republic. Let us all contribute, each according to their ability, to silence guns,violence and hatred and let's all together work harder for the development of our country by using wisely both private and public investments and our human resource and competence! I hope that once this project is concluded, our ministry of road and bridge or a private sector company will create, train and allocate a team of maintenance, because we will need to maintain and upgrate this engineering work for the generations to come and above all make a good use of the public resource being spent.
