The building started off as Liverpool Methodist Central Hall. Building is not abandoned. It's just between tenants. I worked there as a volunteer when Raw Hide Comedy Club were the tenants. I did some repairs to the organ, and played on the organ for one of David Steel's lectures for Liverpool University. I also played the organ for one of the Heritage open days when former church members sang some of their favourite hymns. I had a lot of fun working there. Amazing, vast building. I know that building very well. I've even been in the projection room, and the roof space above the dome. If I'd known you were going, I could maybe have shown you some of the bits you missed!
