He is still touring with the band. John Waite was on this one as well, so maybe he isn't in this song, but later songs, yes.

It's a phone camera and he filmed every song Styx and Foreigner played. For three hours he stood there, camera above his head, filming. He did a great job. As well as he could under the circumstances.
