You are right on saying that the Empath controls the discard. Even though my husband technically left me, he sensed that I wasn't believing his lies, knew he was cheating, and all the other garbage. I was taking up for myself. So he left before getting thrown out. I did not know what was wrong with him until after he left....that he was a covert narcissist. Educating myself has helped me move forward and not take his abuse personally. I thank God every day for him leaving. It was so much easier than kicking him out and having to deal with that. I ve had this happen to me , she decided not stay loyal when i was down , she was running with a co worker from her job a low life wow. I got up and moved across the country on that ass , and open a $$$ Hair store business . I had a situation last summer where the ex narc texted me all kinds of BS. Apparently he and his new gf had a big fight during a camping trip together. They weren’t talking. He was desperate for attention. He texted me that he was going to give her camping equipment back and then he wanted to talk to me. After a bit of back and forth texting, I finally texted him not to contact me again. I can’t imagine what would of happened if I let him pull me back in to his sick game. She can have him.

We were together for 4 years. 2 weeks after she broke up, I saw her walking hand in hand with her new boyfriend. I was devestated. Their relationship lasted 6 months.They broke up. I recently heared that he killed himself, he hang himself and left a mother with 2 young children behind. This news didnt give me any satisfaction or relief like most would think it would. The bad short term decisions have major consequences in the future. But I dont wish her any bad luck anymore, hope shes doing as great as I am doing right now.

I've got bpd, in and out of rehabs and mental health. I'm 38, been in 16. Anyway now that I am self aware, I get to change and reclaim my life. I'll never have a family of my own now. Listen I am going through this right now. I already peeped it. And I talked to the guy and when I talked to him. I realized that he could probably be a narc too. The funny part is she traded me a hero for a zero. I think its funny to be honest. She thought I was going to fight him when I first saw him but I called him over and introduced myself to him and told him how I felt about him being around my kids. Apparently she told this dude that I didnt want to see or spend time with my kids which is bullshit. The only family I have here are my 2 little girls. The rest of my family is in GA. What she failed to tell the new supply or anyone else is that she when she gets mad she intentionally keeps my kids from me. Anyone that sees how me and my kids interact with one another can tell see the natural genuine love I have more my children and vice versa. What I am learning is to hold her accountable and dont fret when she does something to hurt me. I just write the date and times down to have when we go to court because eventually we will go to court. I know it. She is so bitter. Always looking for an argument. Always moving the goal post. Always agreeing to something and not following the agreement. She don't think she has to follow any rules or be questioned but I told her the other day that the Universe is about to teach her a valuable lesson because she is going against the universal law and God's law. You would think she would be happy since she got her new supply but she always seems mad and angry. She is bitter and she sees that I am not. I am finishing school and I started back going to the gym. I dont even believe the new supply has a job but thats not my issue. I am going to strike at the right time and she not going to see it. The sad part is our children our involved and she doesnt realize that by hurting me she hurts the children because they know love and want to see their dad. She know the love I have for my kids is genuine and unconditional. She hates that.

The same with my son mother if I say something to her she doesn't like she keeps my son away and it hurts me so bad bc I love my son and she knows that. She smiles knowing its hurting deep inside I am sick n tired of going through this I can't give up bc my son needs me.
