Yash, where do you get the idea of the existence of souls? It’s just wishful thinking on your part that keeps you content. But it doesn’t pass the test of scrutiny. It’s just a simple fallacy; get woked!

I watched your video 4 weeks ago before I flew there myself. When I first watched your video, I was still thinking, "Oh God, what have I gotten myself into?" I had never been on a vacation like this before in my life, been there for 3 weeks now, and I've been back home since last Thursday. I can say without a doubt that this trip was the best thing I have done in many years. I recognized many of the places in your video now watching it again. The whole vacation was indescribably beautiful. The people, the nature and (even) the food. It's like another world for a German, like me.

Like your style, dude - no artificial drama nor corny ‘jokes’ to own the libs, just show the terrain and a glimpse of the lifestyle, give some facts, and let the viewer reach their own conclusions. As they say, different strokes…and likely a more mature/older audience. Well done.

It really makes me think about what it could have been like in that moment of an earthquake realising the sheer power of the worlds forces and how insignificant we all are. You did a great job of editing and bringing this village to many people's minds. 🙏

This video I keep coming back to and it makes me happy every time! I keep looking forward to going to the Himalayas myself, and it looks like that might happen later this year. Until then, just wanted to say what a wonderful guide you've made, and that you've given this place the justice it deserves, without editing the sound and adding music over. You brought these mountains closer to the viewer. :) Keep it up Gabriel, hope to see more treks from you in this region in the future!

I am pretty sure Nepal will be the next country I visit in the area. I could easily spend a few months there just wandering. I'm glad you finally started saying Langtang correctly at around 1 hour in. Also, would be nice if you respect the customs by walking on the left side of the mani wall and stupa. It's a great sign of disrespect not to walk on the left of this sacred sites. Many stupas (not all obviously) contain relics of monks. I was here in 2003 and yes, it's grown tremendously. Shame about the landslide but it happens a lot in the Himalaya.
