There are so many 4014 videos by now, but this was surprisingly refreshing! I really liked how you picked your locations and loved all of them, but the big S in Rock River is particularly good. Thank you for recording this and sharing. Cheers! Kaustav

Really like the scene coming out of the tunnel with the rock on both sides. Feels like you took us back in time to when these bad boys ruled the rails!

Excellent job on your choice of locations, very clear and good editing. I could easily have watched at least another hour of this quality of these magnificent two UP locomotives in action. One wonders how often UP will do this in the future. Cheers from the Train Lord in South Australia

Probably one of the best videos I have seen on the big boy.

The reverse curves at Rock River was a brilliant shot. I know others have mentioned this, but that was the standout from an excellent vid. Just had to say thanks from a UK viewer for excellent chase sequence.

I have to say that of all the videos shot with trains in them as the main subject, the videos here are, without a doubt, some of them.

A great 👍 video I wish the big boy was pulling a coal consist or double stack to show them at work maybe a caboose at the end as well

Was this carrying passengers? Seems the train went pretty slow much of the time...I take it this track is certified only for slower freights?

Great work... Still, think you should invest in a wind screen or something for the mic

Good video, but Michael makes the same mistake that a lot of others have made. Big Boy is the star. As she goes by, the camera should pan and follow her. Instead, once Big Boy leaves the view, we see nothing but coaches...again, and again. I was fortunate enough to see her live...my eyes followed her as she passed, as did the eyes of every other railfan present. None of us kept staring in the same direction as the coaches passed. Too bad viewers of this video don’t have that opportunity. Too late to fix now. Anyway, thanks Michael for the video. I enjoy watching your channel.

Great footage Michael, just curious on some of those wind speeds since it looked fierce. Now if you could change your KZbin name, Michael Loves Trains sounds a little juvenile...how about MLT Railroad Productions?

1:57, The Challenger also steamed along this track while pulling freight. I hope they do the same for 4014 kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpnKeaV6l7Nne7c I am not sure if its the same track but it looks like it!
