Made the 12hr drive from Boston to experience my 1st World Cup DH race. I had some lofty expectations going into this... it exceeded every one of them. It was like Burning Man on a mountain, except the people aren’t so weird/gross. It was 2 tons of fun.

Thanks Red Bull! This season was bloody amazing, the coverage and support was absolutely fantastic and we lucked out with the best finale I've ever seen...even Claudio's moustache was perfect. Please dont change anything next year...except maybe get Rob and Claudio commentating all Red Bull sports for a year? It would be a hell of an adventure :D

Definitely the best DH race ever. No question. Sure, you've got Danny Hart's run at Champery World Champs in 2011, Sam Hill's run at Val Di Sole in 2007 (I think) and the World Champs at Hafjell when Ratboy broke his ankle on the final jump, but Snowshoe 2019 World Cup final eclipses them all.
