i've noticed that common theme back then was having colorful and very various interesting villains vs more neutral heroes who share same look, and usually villain things were ones that were the best

Atlantis was so cool. I was too broke at the time, rip. My favourite piece of Lego 'canon' trivia is that Brains from Power Miners is also a member of the Atlantis dive team! I seem to remember there are some other Easter eggs for Power Miners buried in the theme, but sadly I was too broke to pick any of these up myself and I don't remember the details now :(

I am 100% sure the Dino sets were just supposed to be rereleases of dino attack. If you look at them, they are similar to the European versions with the helicopter cage and the truck without the missile launcher. Of course not exactly the same as that would be silly of them but it definitely feels like they wanted to bring the series back

Lego Dino is one of my all time favorite lego lines as I tried my best when I was young to collect them all. My holy grail set is the Dino Defence HQ and I would kill to have that set!

Bros really dissing these absolute cult classic themes. Neither that you mentioned are suitable for the video, cuz they were licensed. In-house themes are what brought that charm and nostalgia, which is why almost every theme mentioned across both videos are insanely popular
