Happy New Year to you and your family Chef Ricardo. Frying a batch of chicken using this recipe and will give you the verdict later but so far going by how my kitchen smells I think this chicken is going to be yummy! Thank you. ✌🏾💜

After marinating the chicken and coating it in the seasoned flour mix does letting it soak in the milk/water/egg mixture cause some of the marinated spices and flour to be lost before coating the chicken in flour again? I double coat fried chicken, but have not seen a recipe after the first coat the chicken soaks in the egg wash. I usually just dip the chicken in the egg wash before the 2nd coat not to lose the first coat of flour. Thanks!
