@GRAVEMIND....... Hi man i hope you are well. I have a video idea . It would be called (HE WAS MY FRIEND) My very best killed him self abit back he was a 3 times gold gloves champion a wrestling champion and bjj purple belt and just one all round bad ass guy with the biggest heart. He helped me with my training and believed in me even when i didn't believe in myself. Im sure alot of people will have similar story/stories about people who have helped them or come in to their lives to even briefly change are life's for the better. Like i said (HE WAS MY FRIEND)

This channel has made me more comfortable with solitude. I don’t always need to fill the void with social interaction. Becoming stronger mentally is a path best walked alone.

You're not wrong. But we must not confuse solitude and social isolation. If you are walking your path and taking actions daily, then solitude is a temporary pain and it's ok. But never stay locked indoor with zero social interactions pretending it somehow benefits you. Have a good grind mate.

Three years ago, I decided to move to Japan to study, work and live by myself. I was living a comfortable life in my country, but I felt like I was missing something. I was very afraid of leaving comfort behind and starting from scratch at 32. There was a feeling inside of me telling me something like one of the quotes from this video: "The greatest mistake a man can make is to settle for mediocrity when he knows he's capable of greatness." Somehow, I got the courage to take the leap and pursue something more. It was not easy, but it was worth it. I have improved so much in every aspect of my life that I could never have imagined before. During those though times of doubt and negative thought living abroad, I always found inspiration and strength in GRAVEMIND’s channel. Hey guys! Don’t settle for the things inside your comfort zone, do not over protect yourself. Excellence is built only on the aspects of life that make you uncomfortable. Stay strong!

It is a fact of life that will forever be constant for as long as we live is that we will fail and make mistakes every single day. Whether it be small ones, or astronomical ones, these failures and mistakes are what will build us up and make us stronger than we ever were before. This is why we must not be afraid to make mistakes and fail, they are catalysts that will propel us closer toward the success and strength that we desire. Please remember brothers and sisters to not be afraid to fail, never settle, and strive to to be great. God bless.
