Dear all, this channel is the only 'motivational' channel that I follow. As I am from India, my sharing of experience with this channel will be worth the read because the way we look at spirituality and life is different from my brothers and sisters from the west, who I think are the majority of the viewers here. [Long Read - I wrote it beforehand only] I am not religious, but do my spiritual practices and knowledge religiously. In Indian spirituality ('Adhyatma' in Sanskrit), there is a beautiful formula of a seeker/student. It is said that there are three steps before knowledge becomes an integral part of one's life. Step no. 1 is listening like a student ('Sravana') which means to listen humbly, open heartedly and WITHOUT defence. Step no. 2 is reflection and contemplation ('Manana' or 'Swadhyaya') on what is heard and seeing how knowledge fits in with our life. Step no. 3 is Commitment to practice ('Nidhidhyas') which means to make a choice and keep applying the knowledge in daily and everyday life, till it becomes natural. Now the formula is, the ratio of 'Sravana' (listening open heartedly) to 'Manana' (reflection/contemplation) should be like the amount of salt that is added to flour in the process of bread making - not more than 2%. Yes, you got that right. What we hear is only the salt, the reflection on it should be the amount of flour. (We do exactly the opposite). And on the basis of that regular reflection, will you decide what fits in your life and choose that path and go ahead with it. That makes the final bread worth the everyday meal. Isn't is surprising that Wayne Dyer (Gravemind has used his speeches many times), was heavily inspired by Indian Advaita philosophy. Neville Goddard has talked of consciousness (January 2022 - 'Feeling is the secret'). His words also have striking similarities with what I have learnt in my spiritual journey sitting 1000s miles away, from my Guru and mentors here. Earl Nightingale has said ('The mind of man can lift anything' - April 2022 @ 10:30) "A man on his own must think. He must devote more of his days to thinking." This is also the same as step no. 2. Similarly, the talks of David R. Hawkins on letting go, consciousness, living life like a prayer, being a witness and surrender has mind - blowing similarities to what I have been learning and doing here. ('Yes you can' and 'Captain of Your thoughts' - May and June 2022 uploads) My dear brothers and sisters, there is a lot to separate us. Spirituality and Knowledge in its truest sense has the ability to unite us. P.S. (important) - In India we say that a Guru is necessary to speeden up the process of evolution and reach our goals. My guru is world renowned Spiritual Guru, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar. My mentor is Rishi Nityapragya, his student (Om Shanti (R.I.P)) I only wish that the best of the orient meets and greets the best of the occident. I have been practising Sri Sri's powerful breathing technique Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY Yoga) for years now, and have properly followed his and my mentor's knowledge. Gravemind's channel has vaaaastly supplemented my spiritual growth. I recommend EVERYONE reading this to try their hands on the SKY yoga (don't worry, it is nothing that will challenge your religious beliefs). But it can definitely change your outlook on life practically. You may google where the nearest Art of Living's centre is in your country. Just like I share Gravemind to my friends who are on the same path as mine, I have shared what has benefited me to everyone here. I pray that sincere sharing of my experience helps you all. And hope that it does not look like an attempt at marketing too. LOL 😅 My mentor's secondary channel (English), managed by his team now - kzbin.info/door/-Ur1ERkk2ez9d4I7lrJU-w [Everyone understanding english MUST watch the knowledge. Hope it will add a new flavour and quality to your lives.]

this is why religion is so powerful and potent, Christans in the middle eastern in a dark prision cell when there whole family got murdered and they refused to give up there beliefs are so powerful because they believe in something, I was only 15 when I first became a christan I started getting nightmares and sleep paralysis and torment And I refused to give up my way of belif because I Believed in something obviously all glory to god. But my mindset was so powerful I couldnt picture myself giving up.

The mind and its thought processes are amongst the only things we will always have complete ownership of. Though many situations bring challenges of ill will, we have within us the power to reject this thought pattern and return to a higher state of being. For if we do not feed the negativity trying to take hold, we leave our mind open to the future we truly desire. Thank you Gravemind Brotherhood! The stories shared are truly powerful.

Man may lose all their worldly possessions, including sound health, they maybe cheated, imposed upon, maligned and slender by others or they may be unjustly thrown into prison and deprived of their physical liberty. But...they still may think their own thoughts and use their own mind power, without the consent of any other person. Whatever man desires he may acquire with the aid of his power of thought. Provided he will organize his thoughts and apply his thought power in a spirit of belief in his own ability to make it serve his needs. Thought applied in a spirit of belief unlocks prison doors and gives man their freedom.

i find the best way to learn anything is to know the nature of your own mind. i have an attitude of 'how would a bronze age primitive solve the problem' so rather then become a mathematician to understand the formulas of different things, i use raw logic to create my own system with basic tools. there is no one way of doing anything, if you can find your own strengths, then flex them to their utmost.
