Yes, your doctor SHOULD but in my experience (I've been around for 70 years), many doctors CAN'T.

thank you for all your videos, my blood pressure was 200 two weeks ago and resorted to see doctor and take Losartan 50mg per day. I followed most of your advice to change my diet and do 30min. cardiovascular exercise, now my BP is lower to 125/80, although still on Losartan but it seems optimistic.

Great question…but sadly, they know very little about overall health and nutrition.

Have personally tried beet root juice numerous times, as well as some of the other things you mention and it did absolutely nothing!

Me also, I guess it doesn't work for everybody.
@AdamJStoryDCАй бұрын
Nothing works for everyone. What worked for me, may not work for you. That shouldn't even be in the disclaimer...it's just assumed people know that.
@tinamcwilliams5218Ай бұрын
@AdamJStoryDC my reply was not aimed at you. It was to let others know that it does not work for everyone, unfortunately!

Are food supplements not good for the kidney

Giving blood lowers my blood pressure for days. I'd much rather give blood to help someone else than take toxic medication.

On the doctors who might have this mindset for the advice, wouldn't they tend to be the more physical fitness oriented doctor types, like for themselves, as opposed to run of the mill types. Like if he's a fat guy or has a pot belly in his three piece suit under his white coat, maybe he's not one of the ones who's going to be talking along these lines. In any case, some of us pretty much never see doctors, 1991 was the last time I did, I "eat the apple a day", and as for myself, I'd like to keep it that way. Albeit, I listen to a minority of them on topics, sometimes, unless I find out they're pushing China vaxes on healthy people, or wore China masks outside of operating rooms, or think Dr. Fauci is admirable in any way.

My blood Pressure is high and low I dnt have maintenace
@Wilsonfung308Ай бұрын
Buy an Omron blood pressure meter upper arm type, measure your blood pressure at rest at home. If it consistently higher than 120/80 if you measure at home, you should consult a doctor for advice.

For those who want to know, are your Zoom ad telephone conversations covered by medical plans?
@AdamJStoryDCАй бұрын
No. They are not. Because I do zoom consultations from all over the world, in various countries, I can't bill Pakistan for example. It would become an administrative nightmare. You pay for the zoom call and then I'm not hampered by insurance companies interfering with what is covered and what isn't . That way you get my undivided attention.
