Many of the things he said should never been taken at face value, including the one in Thriller Bark. Just go back and remember his past and compare it to what he said at Thriller Bark and you will realize the inconsistency in it.

One thing I absolutely adore about Usopp is his fun and unique relationships with the Straw Hats. Luffy is his best friend, and they often share a single brain cell in their antics. With Nami, he shares a deep bond built on vulnerability in battles and insecurities. They seem to understand each other deeply like that time when she confided in him about her desire to fight and he freaking made a weapon for her!! Sanji treats Usopp almost like Zoro treats Chopper. He looks out for him more than anyone else among the men. Their banter is always hilarious, like when Sanji joked about sacrificing Usopp to save Nami. We all know he cares for him and wouldn’t do that. Chopper is the innocent little brother who believes all of Usopp's tall tales and admires him in awe. As for his relationship with Zoro... that’s a spoiler for now!

I know it's not as bad as other reactors but the usopp disrespect and making light of what he is doing is still there. Finding reactors who genuinely appreciates usopp's courage everytime is so hard. It's like everyone is just pretending to understand his character but they actually don't. Ange is stuck on "cool" and "badass" moments , they way he or maybe most would define it. Who cares if he isn't looking like zoro or sanji doing something what matters is he is standing his ground. I mean we don't want every character to be and act the same even at the end with their character development, usopp us literally facing his fears all the time and everyone expects him to change which I kinda get but that's just not who he is, he is a fearful brave soul who will always step up when needed even if he is shiting himself. Like he didn't "kind of" stood up to eneru, he didn't "kind of" did smth. He DID great. Period. Imagine going against a self proclaimed god who can zap in a second especially when he has done it already once from which you aren't even recovered, and knowing there is nothing you would be able to do against him. And still usopp takes on him, in fact taking the harder role letting nami get the waiver and him distracting eneru as best as he could which he ... Again DID. Usopp was just as much of a hero as sanji was in this People always give credit to sanji because he was epic but usopp did just as much. Spoilers: it's similar to how in thriller bark zoro gets the credit but sanji too had the same resolve.

Hey guys, been watching ur reactions recently and I must say that having crew rankings, and SBS readings gives an add on value to your videos. Great ideas. I just have 1 suggestion, because I think originally, what u guys are thinking that u probably will have a lot of movement on the crew rankings, but since ur rankings pile on after every episode, u end up not having much movement due to ur favorites being set already. How about having ur rankings be simply based on the episodes you've seen for that video, and then compile them to see who ends up being ur favorites for each arc at the end of the arc. That way, u get to have different characters as favorites per video, and u still get to have ur favorites for the arc at the end.

Sanji and Zoro both have highs and lows, but it seems like Sanji's lows are lower and more frequent and it's debatable about who has better moments between Zoro and Sanji. Of course fans of either seem to have the same relationship as the characters themselves. Then there's the history lesson, which is good but kind of throws me off each time I watch. We'll see what you guys think!

Yeah while i always prefer Zoro, let's give Sanji lots of credit as part of the Monster Trio. He always pretends to only care about the women's safety, especially Nami and Robin... yet never hesitated once sacrificing himself, for any of the boys from the crew, even in scenes where Nami and Robin are also in similar danger. That's also why I'm never mad at his simps way... it's almost always a component within gags, and not so much a factor in the plot (even if it does happens). I'm also old enough to have grown up with perverted anime gramps and characters like Kame Sennin from Dragon Ball, Happosai from Ranma 1/2, and a lot of other anime simps and perverts, so it's a trope that never annoyed me, when handled right

@ popularity doesn’t mean anything at all bro. There’s many characters in one piece that isn’t that popular yet it seems like they have almost no haters at all, for example rayleigh, fisher tiger . Also im talking about strawhats specifically , and out of all the strawhats it seems like sanji would have the most haters considering he has a lot of reason for people to hate him. Like i never see someone say they hate luffy and its logical bcs they dont have a reason to. Sanji on the other hand has so many reasons for people to hate him compare to the other strawhats. And i could list down all the reasons here for 1) his perv gags are overexaggerated compare to other character , 2) he’s in the monster trio but most fans considered jimbei more worthy than him and dont see him getting any stronger or even the same level as luffy and zoro. 3) he has a pdfile moment (eventhough its just in a non canon movie) , 4) he fights luffy in wci and he’s the only crew member that has seriously beaten up luffy ( and ofc nobody liked that considering luffy has too many fanboys and girls), 5) people dont like seeing sanji tryna pull nami bcs most people ship lunami(not me though) .6) zoro fans mostly hate him bcs ya know why. 7) his gag gets even worse after timeskip. Again im not saying people dont like him it’s just that if you wanna ratio the reason to like vs hate sanji , there’s gonna be more reason to hate him than like him . Which is why i think it’s dumb to make a character popular bcs what’s even the point when most people dont even like him anyway. He’s kinda like sakura , popular, but also has many haters but even sakura doesn’t have that many reasons for people to hate her compared to sanji .Hence that’s why i say sanji isn’t a favourited strawhat, he’s just popular and that’s it. English subtitles misses way too much information... or just don't translate too well because the people writing it don't know what they are doing. When Enel asks Sanji "what else?", Sanji do not say "You will pay for that". He says "Start praying" which is a lot more relevant since he is talking to a self proclamed "god" and he knows that Enel will loose his shit when he see what Sanji did. It adds irony and is much, much better.
