Insane numbers! I didnt see on the video but this dip station or that attachted version to racks from this homebuild company bend when athletes secure position with the weight? Only 1 place on support for the handle so thats why I am asking.

It doesn't bend or shake at all. It's probably the best dip station I've used so far.

Probably because of Compound exercises weighted chin ups,pull ups,Dips and muscle up weighteds

Yo do you know if there’s a data base for records in streetlifting like in powerlifting? I’m interested in breaking some pull-up endurance world records for my age but I have no clue what the records actually are😂
