I just had to burst out laughing at the sudden 'WITH DE FUCKINN PULLUP!!!' at 4:07 lol. Great commentary from both of you. I like how you were the chill one and the (I think german?) dude was the chaotic and crazy one.

Where is the 120kg pull up by Ludo? 🤨
@StrengthGene Жыл бұрын
Ludo very clearly kicked which led to a reaction that wouldn’t fit this video. We had the side view and even saw this judge who hesitated whether to give it to him or not. In my opinion, that judge knew it should’ve been no rep and was looking at the lower body the whole time. But because it's Ludo and it's 120KG, there's tons of pressure on that judge and he would've gotten backlash for the correct call. Nobody else understands this of course because they're not in that judge's position.

@@StrengthGene So noone actually has the 120kg pullup strict form in comp, the one we see from zlat 2019 we see leg movement, meaning pere col is number 1 in the official comp with pronated pull. But I 100% understand. However my issue is that in the discord you counted both of them in official record so imo, you should just take Ludo's 120kg off the rankings, and keep zlat if you want.

@Jim-rs1hn Yeah, I mean they still count it. Even Zlat's 120KG pull has skeptical leg movement and it's counted. It's an official record under their organization. There's many records that exist where form is debatable that's not limited to just streetlifting.

100% fair all in all i agree with all of your points then, there will always be some errors when competing in all sports. So i understand @@StrengthGene

Why do the heavier weights average a higher dip as opposed to the lighter guys I thought the lighter guys would be getting more plates on the belt Than the heavier guys Unless I am Missing something why is that

1 KG of muscle increases more added weight lifted than 1 KG of non-muscle.

Similar to the bench press?
@ForGreatness73 ай бұрын
That statement works very well when its not weighted but at the end of the day the more muscle mass you carry greater the force you can produce.
