Today I reacted to Dimash s.o.s stage. I can't tell you how blown away I am at his vocal range and singing ability! Even after this reaction I went back to watch it a few more times!

Dimash is Dimash, there is no one else like him on the planet, both for his voice and the wonderful kind gentle loving person that he is. It's a song originally from a 1970s rock opera called Starmania. Although Dimash is from Kazakhstan he rose to international fame through a Chinese TV show called I Am Singer.

The original "S.O.S" was part of a rock opera called "Starmania" produced back in 1976, which was written and composed by Michel Berg and Luc Plamondon, from France and Quebec respectively. The song became a big hit in French music circles, but remained quite obscure in the US/Anglo music industry until it was recently revived by Dimash. It was his performance on the Chinese TV talent competition "I am a Singer" in 2017 that both Dimash and the song went viral. Dimash is from Kazakhstan, but he was invited to participate in the "Singer", and almost immediately he won millions of new fans in China and internationally. The song was written and intended to be performed by a single vocalist (not a duet), but of course Dimash's rendition - with his incredible 7-octave+ range - brought it to new heights. I first heard him on the show "World's Best" where the only two people out of 53 judges who did not give him a "Yes" was because one said he "was too perfect" and the other said "just because you have it you don't need to flaunt it." Unfortunately, you can only hear him for the first time once so I check in every week to see if there are any new reactions to Dimash for the first time and I can vicariously enjoy their first times too. Dimash calls his fans "dears" and I am proud to be one of them.

The song is from a stage show. The other singers sang it sweetly, but Dimash brings his own style to it. Power, range, emotion and control are things he adds so well to the song.

I am so obsessed with first time reactions because I recently discovered this mans myself. OH MY GOD his voice, He is an opera singer yes but he does literally everything. I just found a pop song where he raps and also incorporates operatic themes. He began his classical/operatic vocal and instrument training at age 5 and continued fulltime until age 25 . He will be 29 the May 24th and has only gotten better and better. He is currently living in Las Angeles working on a degree in Film Directing. This came on the hills of him having completed his Doctoral Studies and Dissertation in music. Congratulations for discovering Dimash, arguably the best singer of our time - you have been Dimashified. SOS is from the 1970s Franco-Canadian rock opera Starmania and has become his signature song that he has improved over the years in his interpretation. But incredibly, it is not the craziest display of his range in terms of range, styles, volume, and timbre. You will find that in Stranger, which his mentor Igor Krutoy composed specifically to show his versatility. But usually, Dimash doesn't use his versatile voice to show off. Instead, he puts it into service to interpret songs. Prime examples are Love Is Like A Dream, Ikanaide, and Sinful Passion. Congratulations, you just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He is a twenty-eight year old multi-faceted artist with a soul of a thousand years, who hails from Kazakhstan. He sings in 15 different languages (speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, some English, and a little Mandarin), plays 8 musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in musicology (has a Masters in composition). He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 7 octave 2 semi-tone range, has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble and kind man. His mother is an opera singer and his father is a singer and producer. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "Sinful Passion" 2018, "Stranger" 2021,"Olimpico" 2019 link on Igor Krutoy's (composer that came out of retirement to work with Dimash) KZbin channel, "Adagio" from The Singer 2017, "Ikanaide" 2021 Tokyo Jazz Festival, and "Ave Maria" 2021 at New Wave. After digesting those performances, I can't stress enough my recommendation for one of his most recent songs and music video (mini movie) the artistic masterpiece "The Story of One Sky" that he wrote the screenplay for and spent 3 years composing the music for, which displays a lot of his range (not all) and soooo many vocal techniques and dynamics, including sub harmonics, whistle register, bass, tenor, baritone, classical, jazz, pop, rock and unreal metal screams....and unbelievable dramatic acting. Hi, Jordi. First time on your channel. Dimash is our humble and gentle giant in the field of music. Besides his vocal ability and agility, he is also, songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, director, actor and a few more. He is only 30 years old and nearing the completion of his doctorate. Two of his is Lara Fabian and Michael Jackson (to a lesser degree). Lara is the person who has had great influence in how he approaches his songs, as well the delivery thereof (execution and performance). It is a song from a musical. Trust me, the origional singer didn't sing it with this arrangement and it didn't sound anything like this. Nobody can sing this song like he does

Welcome to Dimash world , Dimash was rated as the most powerful and strongest vocal singer in the entire world , he has 6 Octaves range and rare technique which make him able to switch between keyes and change registers and octaves in a blink of eye. His parents are Opera singers and he was in vocal traning since he was 6 years old although he have a talent gift of 4 peaple , he sang in 13 different languages and most of the songs that he singes is a very very very difficult songs , some are cover and some are origenal and he always put a special Dimash touch in the cover songs he singes . Dimash is a very humble and caring person , if you care to see more of his songs i recommend you to see one of his origenal song ( STRANGER ) . The song that you just reacted to is a famous french song was first sang by a very young singer called ( Gregory Lemarchal ) who died after a while from this song. 🌹🌹🌹

А все последующие её реакции были уже не очень😂 То она щеки надувала, то стояла злая и чёрная от злости!😁 Мне кажется, это она подсыпала снотворное в воду Димаша. Да и конкурс оказался не совсем честным, ведь должен был победить однозначно Димащ! Многие реакционеры удивляются, как Ди мог проиграть, всем становится интересно кому он проиграл😂 , а многие говорят, что если бы они участвовали вместе с Ди, то после первого тура ушли бы по собственному желанию!😂

He sings many genres and yes classicly trained. He can pretty much do anything he wants. I recommend checking out some of his early stuff from the Singer (Chinese show) that really broke him out. Maybe Opera 2 is a fun flirty song, no it's not ooera, maybe an english song, Hello, show must go on Adagio, and many will say Sinful passion and love is like a dream. His sung range G0-D8 7.7 octaves
