Percy's introduction always stuck with me as a kid. Not necessarily because I love the character but because I always wondered who the other engines under cloaks could be. There was such a mysterious feel about them. Of course as I got older I realized it was just the other character's models hidden but it was fun to think about it.

I really liked Percy in the CGI version. He has a very lively, expressive kind face, cute facial expressions. And the character of the character himself became richer in deep gentle human feelings. Percy has become a very charismatic person, a small locomotive capable of great deeds. And yet he remained a small plump green caterpillar. I love Percy))

That honestly bothered me so much. I still can't get over that Day of the Diesels bit I saw where he basically handed the steamworks to Diesel 10 (also dumbed down) thinking this would make D10 his friend. Not to mention he was stealing iron from the steelworks that needed it. That seriously irritated me!

Actually, the brass models were first used in TATMR, same with Thomas. The other 4 engines of the main 6 got new brass models I'm S10.
