Your garden is really beautiful. All your efforts are being rewarded. I love the tropical bird sounds that is in the background of your videos.

Cute lizards! Your new plants are Cenizo. It doesn't like to be waterlogged, so probably good to raise it up when you plant it. Also, the thing you stuck in the ground looks like Shefflera which can grow into a huge tree. I started one outside from a cutting I took from my mom's 50 year old houseplant. Laughing at myself because it's not like you ask for plant ID but I can't help myself! Do you think that caterpillars could be eating your plants? Does rainy season end after November? It'll be so nice to have it dry out a little and then you can hack away at your trees. As always, I love your garden videos!

@@LeeAnneMillerHines I love the plant ID’s!!! And yes, could be caterpillars, I see droppings on my patio plants. I’m so relieved about the jade vine 🙏🙏🙏 and yes, in December things will start getting more dry thankfully.

What a great video... We love hiking, but really concerned about snakes... Should we worry?
@Pattybluehayes3 ай бұрын
@@simeonm9780 There are snakes here 🙁 The Fer de Lance is common and can be deadly. Generally, they want to avoid you as you want to avoid them. I feel a little better knowing I can identify the Fer de Lance and Coral snake. You could try wide trail hikes perhaps.

@Pattybluehayes Thank you. Are they also present in higher altitudes as Boquete/Volcan ares, too?

@@simeonm9780 I’m not sure, maybe the people in the local FB groups would know.

Wow! What an incredible transformation you have created from when you first purchased the property. I know there are lots of bugs there but you spend a lot of time outside and I was wondering how bad the mosquitos are? Do you have to wear repellent all the time? Screens on every window?

@@roundpaws it’s amazing how fast things grew! I don’t wear bug spray unless I’m hiking in the jungle, if I remember. There are a lot in rainy season of course, dry season not so much because it’s windy.

@@Pattybluehayes if you don’t wear spray in rainy season don’t you get eaten alive in your yard?

@@roundpaws in rainy season I’m not out there much, it’s too muddy 😕 Maybe I’m used to being bitten, too 😆
