I have one of Anders' Greenland paddles, and it is excellent, even in my amateur hands. He helped me build my "skin" on frame kayak too - that's a wonderful boat too.

In Durham Kayak Club in the eighties we had an amazing friend called Lofty who made paddles for sea canoeing for £10 well happy days they were.

There are many USA based paddle makers who do great Greenland paddles.
