Ben's epoxy bonefish fly, MOE, flatsmaster, Bonefish bitters, capt crabby, crapoxy... there's half a dozen epoxy based bonefish flies that are flat out deadly.

I like it, just wish you had dubbed the belly first. where's the evidence in that statement about bonefish and epoxy? Bonefish bitters have been catching bonefish for decades, always made with epoxy. finally, try spinning your bobbin before wrapping mono. that "slipping" you mentioned looked more like line lay, which is easily fixed by spinning your bobbin

if this fly catches something ( not bonefish) I will be able to fly.....
