Yeah, the LSPD was the only faction that wasn't shown as corrupt in the game until this update, IAA and FIB have their internal feud, Los Santos Sheriffs Department and the Paleto Score where it's revealed they take hush money, even the military was accepting bribes. Literally the only agency in San Andreas State that isn't shown to be corrupt is NOoSE and even there I might've missed something
