@@luigi_Rik With the communicator on, hold the power button for 5 seconds, it will activate the dual mode after start intercomunication, but the sound is bad and failing, I gave up using it.

Is the GTX able to connect to two bluetooth devices at once, such as a phone and GPS? This way I could use my phone for music and phone calls, and the GPS could chime in when it needs to. Thanks!

Hello, the main differences between our GTX and G2 is is the GTX can pair up to 10 riders on intercom while the g2 can pair up to 6 riders, the g2 has a built in FM radio function.Than you for the great question

Are you able to answer these 2 questions, does the intercom feature use mesh style and if one goes out of range will it auto connect when back in range.

The GTX is not a mesh intercom unit, however we will be releasing a unit very soon with a mesh bluetooth, stay tuned!

Hello, the GTX can pair up to 10 riders on intercom, the GTX has universal bluetooth pairing, as long as the bluetooth device has universal intercom pairing you will be able to pair them together.

You are only able to use one function at a time, you will just need to cycle back to the previous setting to resume intercom mode or music. Hope this helps

Does the sound come out of the left and right speakers evenly, or is one side louder than the other? I have had a problem with this on other model units..If the sound isn't even it gets annoying..TIA

Hello, both of the speakers should sound the same, please make sure you have the plug fully inserted into the unit, also make sure the speakers inside your helmet isn't obstructed. Thank you

I know the temperature ranges for the GTX goes for -10°C. I was wondering if you guys have a way to winterize the intercom? I want to also use it as a snowboarding intercom. Any advice??
