Love it so proffesionel ❤❤❤ it's the correct true spiral perm that I learned in 1971 and it was Sasson who started that style and I've used that coil ever since and it lasts until it grows out and gets cut off I'm still working remember you can't perm long hair so it falls off❤❤❤❤❤

Great technique old school however it would have been better had you slowed down the video to show how to wrap hair around the rod at each different stage when you changed direction... too fast for a novice in my opinion

That is not a spiral perm. Its frizzy. At least the whole hair shafts are equally permed. The ends will need an inch off. Spiral perms are cork screw and the tolling technique is 1st comb the section then wrap with grey rod and paper to below the end of hair shaft with the rod clasp end in downwatd position , then to roll upwards and just below mid length, 1 twist and then wrap in same direction upwards rod connection to the salp up to the scalp. I should know. Ive been doing these for years. Lots of spiral curls like locks of spiralling downwards locks of hair so they are easy to see, like. ❤
