GWB is a good way to see if your getting a good deal with premium. I have always just bout it in 1.40 face value increments around 21 or 22 x face. I didn't start with Junk until 2021 tho.

The big online bullion dealers aren’t bad. I also pick up some silver from sellers on Instagram. You just need to make sure Instagram sellers are reputable, there are a lot of scammers mixed in there. eBay is okay from my experience, although I know a lot of people don’t trust it. If you’re buying from eBay, just check feedback and make sure they’re trusted sellers. 🔥🦈🌊
