I got an offer this year from Durham to do English Lit... just waiting to see if I'll get in now! Make sure you have the predicted grades and a banging personal statement and you should get in (provided you meet the offer obvs)

its really nice that you showed the shit bits of your week too, as another durham 2nd year you often feel alone during exam season and its just comforting that others feel the same way as often they don't show it (my housemates spent most of their time revising in their rooms and i spent like 13 hours a day in my college library so never really saw them much). had to go home for half a week to recover from the hell that was exam season - 6 exams, finishing the day before you and starting the 2nd day of exam season. don't do a chemistry degree kids

My English literature a level is making me hate reading for pleasure, I can't physically do it any more. I'm going to try and read more after finishing my exams next week! We're in the same boat! I completely related when you said your brain was tired, my gosh my brain is also so tired! My favourite thing to do when I'm stressed is folding all of my clothes. I hope you did as well as you wanted in your exams, you deserve it.
