The Hadith of Intention has been completely misunderstood...

According to Shaykh Akram Nadwi, the first hadith in Imam Nawawi's collection has nothing to do with intention of the mind, nor intention of the heart. What is meant by "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions" has been completely misunderstood.
