Yessssssss. Im guilty too of haloing others and then feeling resentment. I look at shoes first,lol. We judge others to see if they will benefit our survival. It's primal. And sometimes we want that perfect person, we'll even lie to ourselves. Ugh. I'm new at working on this. It's tough.

Just a quick tip. Saw this uppload in my feed. Looked at it but thought to myself, why should i whjatch this podcast video, because the title doesent say anything to me. It does intrigue my intrest to want to know, but i dont want to click a video and then understand what the video is aboiut (atleast from the perspective of me not knowing what the halo and horns effect is. My suggestion is to tilte the video something that most people already know but make it intresting, Im guessing you want people to discover you so maximizing "marketing" whould be on the agenda. anyways. This is why i clicked this video, to say this (: Hope its recieved well. Love that your making content and informing people!
