As of 2024-11-11 the book still dosent spawn here but apparently its still on the same place on the korean servers so seems safe to asume this is because of a bug that has yet to be fixed for the western servers.

@@JFMSTRGuides Dont think so as this one is part of the "Near the purelight tower" collection and given that many did get the page before it disappeared its safe to asume its just bugged right now

Must be bug. Same ppl says that it is under the rock because they can see the text but cant click it..

same problem, I play from xbox on the vanfeld server and in that position there is no page, I have already been there 3 times for each server maintenance or game update
