@@tiffanyh.5788 I would disagree. I have autism. People like me are working for 5 or so dollars a day. People who have mental illnesses are looked down on or disrespected. No it's not "white being white" it's society messing up. It's people and governments failing us. The people who need them the most. In case people are going to tell me that I'm wrong. I was going to be in the program. Thankfully my parents were planning on moving states after I graduated which means I could be with them. Also I have no problems with your skin color but it seems like people will clump all whites together. This is sickening and disturbing on many levels.

It something that happens and still happens. Its the product of having Media being able to influence, and a police force that is not firmly held accountable, and monitored. While I do support police It can not be over looked that Police truly have no governing force as since they are suppose to be "The symbol of peace" to the civilian undermining them or proving them at fault or even worse criminal tanishs their image, and their position of power so they are not held to the same standard a civilian is which is a problem police incompetence, or worse malicious acts are what allow things like this to happen and can not be tolerated, or justified.

Yeah this REALLY came to light a couple decades ago with Day care workers. Long story short A LOT of daycare workers were convicted of innapropriately touching and harming children. But the thing is pretty much all of those confessions were done when the police basically interrogated the children themselves. It was discovered much later the children had only accused those workers of harming them because they were just giving the answer they thought the police wanted. Even so most of the workers affected did not get their lives back and couldn't work with children again. As a result it's not much more difficult to get valid testimonies from children as you also need to prove the child wasn't pressured into giving a specific response.

@@orangecat9559 Yeah that's why if you've ever seen a depiction on TV of children being questioned they do things like say "Can you show me on the doll where they hit/touched you?" The goal is to get a detailed response without implying to the child what response the cops are seeking so they'll give an honest testimony of what they think. But in the past they used to just question them more like adults but gentler. Even if the cops are trying to get a real testimony a child may change their response based on what they think the adults questioning them want to hear.
