How could anyone slap Harland. He’s one of the few humans that should live forever. The world needs Harland’s heart and humor. He’s a rare one.

Me too, I didn't know he had a podcast until maybe a couple of months ago or something, IDK time really flies when you're having fun and I've basically been only watching Harland Highway almost exclusively since I saw it come across my recommend vids and I got so fucking excited I can't even describe how much joy I felt when I discovered one of the few comedians that make me laugh consistently and often with tears 😂 He's so damn loveable I can't fathom anybody not at least acknowledging what a sweet guy he is, he's spreading love, joy and laughter and he's genuinely gifted with the ability to do it so well it looks effortless for him (but I know he works hard for those laughs) I've been able to relate with since he's got the same silly humor as I do, so I've always felt like he was the public voice for all of us who have the same general sense of humor, representing all of the silly geese of the world! He's just the best to see with guests who aren't entirely used to how he is, and I love watching people just bust up laughing when he sips his drinks the way he does, which I start doing just to see if he was right or just joking, folks it does make it more fizzy and feels cool as hell. Try it. And make sure to hitch a ride if necessary down the Harland Highway because to never experience it while you're alive would be...well I don't even want to imagine life now without either Harland Williams and/or this podcast, I can't say enough good things about him, I don't feel out on celebrities, only a handful of my favorite comedians get me this happy and excited when they have an awesome stand up special or a killer podcast episode, etc.... Love ya Harland, just as one human being to another human being. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world, people like me cherish it and depend on it like food and water (laughter, I mean) 🤣😃🙏✌️💚

Imagine if a white guy slapped Chris Rock. More kneeling during the anthem and idiots burning down their own towns again. Black on black just gets swept under the rug. Look at Chicago for example. Is this just how black people act towards each other and it’s ok unless a white person is involved??? What’s going on?

Oh boy, this is great news for all us pavement pounders! I know Harland has said in the past he thought if people saw him doing his cast of characters it would ruin their mystique. But as a real fan I would hate to lose his bits featuring Featherstone, Quoke, Dowdy, Aunt Ruthy, Assmunch etc… Maybe some animated segments featuring all the old favourites would be the solution. How about a nice lavalier mic instead of blocking your face with that big monstrosity on the boom stand?
@FlamingoKicker2 жыл бұрын
Yeah some of the best bits from his previous audio only podcasts were when he created those great characters. Little harder to make them believable when you have to play both visually.

Love the new format! I completely agree, it was a publicity stunt. It just goes to show how they can do anything to garner attention and the masses just flock to it like McDonald's. Then like you said, he's on stage not too long later blubbering "sincerity." If it wasnt for this stunt, I wouldn't have known the Oscars were even on. Hit the nail on the head sir! Thanks Harland!! 😁
