@@Vontact MASHLE. It's so good and funny! I highly recommend it to ANYONE! 🤩 There's also another one but it's SO BAD that I don't want anyone to suffer through it like I did. . . . . . . . Zero no Tsukaima/The Familiar of Zero. But I don't advice watching it because it's an isekai anime with a generic-looking perverted MC before it became popular, it's too horny like Fire Force and later on, there's a love triangle drama that just doesn't make sense because both love interests are terrible. The OG pink-haired girl is the one who summoned MC and she's just the MOST INSUFFERABLE tsundere put into paper because she made the MC her slave and hits him for the smallest reasons. She's the reason why I hate tsunderes and if there are well written tsunderes, it takes me a LONG TIME before I can tolerate watching them. The other girl is a shy purple-haired princess who is honestly the better partner for MC but they sabotaged her character and wrote her like she's a homewrecker. Even as a child, I couldn't bear all the cringe and stopped watching when this drama started to happen.

I never really like those kinds of motivation that the MC is doing it for his love interest (probably why I don't really enjoy those otome stories), it's beautiful but in my mind I'm like " won't this guy completely break apart if something were to happen to their love interest?" Subaru is really lucky (?)😅 to have "return by death". I prefer characters with self centered motivations like Luffy, Maomao (apothecary diaries), Frieren (though is still inspired by Himmel), e.t.c who do things for their own sake but are still good people.

From what I’ve read from the manga, the story only gets interesting from episode 11. After that it’ll actually go forward in the narrative. Like everything before (if had to say in anime terms) what I can guess as like s2 eps 4 feels like a prequel so it’s understandable for it to feel pretty generic rn. S2 will change that though trust. Won’t be anything crazy but it’ll be good

Personally, for me, that's the one thing that PISSES me off about this story the most. I read the manga for this before I found out there was an anime. Our MC NEVER EVER EVER gets a break. It's always some stick up the ass telling the MC "yo bro, you ain't good enough for this club (even though you are one of a kind and we are all pretty taken with your skill) It gets pretty hilarious on how far the stick is in some of these people's asses. But it does get tiring.

I love this show so much.... but! I can already feel the "chosen one" allegations coming. *Spoilers for the end of the first season!* When they show a flashback of what I think is Will as a baby in his mother's arms, she says he'll be the one to mix "wand and sword", which they then show as Will wields a sword of flames. My problem with this is that it's probably going to turn out that Will is from a noble and renowned lineage and he actually has some badass ablities that he inherited. I wouldn't mind this so much if I didn't feel that it has great potential to undermine just how hard he's trying to ascend the tower and the "zero to hero" storyline. I just want his feats to be from his own efforts without the backing of some special bloodline of swordmasters or a prophecy. If he is to be the "chosen one" at least let it be that he becomes so in a way that isn't a foregone conclusion.
