I read "The Idea of You" before watching the movie, and they aged up her daughter in the movie! The dramatic scenario you described, Solene's daughter being a superfan of August Moon and Hayes being her favorite member, is actually part of the storyline in the book!! The daughter is 12 in the book and angry at her mom for weeks because "mom, I LOVE him." The book is a quick read, worth it if you want to see even more evidence it's about Harry lol. Another funny aspect of the book is one of the boy band members is named Liam, and they changed only his name in the movie 😂
