Is there a better alternative to loose rubber plugs for those holes? Riv nut inserts or something?

Are those mounting hardware (bolts and bonded washers, ones threading into the truck) stainless steel or galvanized

does this rack require removing or deleting the factory antenna from the rear roof section?

It does not require any modification to the antenna.

Is this the half-height of full-height version? Also, I assume the rack is burly enough to support a Roof Top Tent but just want to double check that. TIA!

Shown here is the full fairing! And yes, this rack can absolutely carry a rooftop tent!

Can this be installed on base model sequoia with no factory roof rack...just naked roof with no holes?

You would have to drill and tap the factory roof in order to install these.
