Do you have to use all the bars. I have a pano roof I don’t wanna block the window. Also can I install the inserts on the backside of the roof rack and still have pano functions. Thank you!

I was wondering what tie down mounting hardware that you would recommend? And also when installing would I have to remove cross brace?

It uses most of the universal T slot accessories. It is a 1/4-20 Tnut. McMaster Carr sells a lot of the track attachments as well

Mine has the big pano roof. Will I be able to use this rack?

We make a low profile rack that I’d you have the pano roof you will need to remove the bars or we have our taller modular rack that you can use the pano roof and if you don’t want to use it you can make it into a basket rack.

So the front bar shouldn’t have anything attached as it’s only stuck to the roof with 3m tape?

All the bars a bolted it with 1/4 20 allen button head stainless steel black oxide coated screws. As for the feet that go to the roof for support the the back 4 are bolted into the factory holes and the front 2 sit on 3M pads that sit in the seam of the roof in the rain gutter. This is the strongest part of the roof and allows for maximum amount of weight. The rack will hold about 2000 lbs. if evenly distributed. The roof is only good to about 800 lbs. before it starts to flex at the mounting points. I hope this is the information you are looking for. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks for the video! I am finishing installation of my modular roof rack for the Sequoia - instructions were clear keeping in mind that I never done anything to the car on this level before. The most complicated part was to pry off the factory rails from the roof but even that wasn't that hard with the right tool. Im thinking of adding a rear hatch ladder next ;)
