Hi. I’m a Christian man. This video popped up today as I sit here upset because the supplier of my new business changed the recipe without telling me, I am at a loss of what to do. When I heard him say we are to believe in ourselves as we believe in HaShem I suddenly realized I can not play the victim and somehow I must find a way for the show to go on. Thank you.

Yoneson is always great that's a given! But I want to applaud the interviewer here.. You are the only frum person in this business who knows how to bring out the best of your guest! You hardly interrupt, you let the guest speak.. Sadly all other frum podcasts are doing a poor job, the other hosts do not stop asking questions thinking this is their job, and the result is that after a one hour interview you hardly get a full picture of what the guest wanted to say.. Some have great guest on their podcast who can share wisdom etc. They want to tell their life story etc. But the interviewer can't resist being quiet.. Podcasters and vloggers take note..

Wow! Listen closely and you will hear something that most people will miss. He realised that after 10 years of being an end of wedding entertainer, the younger generation was catching up with him, he moved from number 1 to 4 and was going to become number 100th someday. Instead of complaining he made changes. Many people work for others all their life and never realize that they could change and become the boss.

Hi, a goyimer here from Indonesia, thanks for the inspiration. A Jewish Man said a parable about a King left coins to His subordinates (3 persons)and left the Kingdom. Once the King returns calls the 3 subordinates. Two of them managed to multiply the coins while the other one burried the coins and accused the King as a vicious man. The coins are talents that the Lord has given to each of us… now this is reflected in the man here. Understanding where your “umph” factor and grow it… thank you again. I am trying to multiple the coins

I’m not Jewish but I love the culture of most of the Jewish people. I think that y’all culture, I feel is amazing for healthy children. I love how Jewish people are for the most part the most self sufficient people as a whole. I respect that so much. I often think about when we were children, we were poor and I’m certain that was the happiest times of my life. I don’t remember having bday parties or anything but we had so much love and togetherness, to me that beats all any amount of money. I never ever remember being sad that we didn’t have a birthday party, the most important thing is for kids to feel loved and seen. Money doesn’t equal happiness, at all. It’s important to have enough to survive no doubt. My parents split when me and my youngest brother were like 10, 12 years old and ever since then it feels like nothing has been the same but we had a wonderful mother. She did everything in her power to teach us manners, morals, etc. I’m so extremely grateful that my husband is such of good father & husband. Sorry for the book. I just have so much respect for the Jewish people. I love that he said you should never have a victim complex. If only have of the people understood that. 😊

He’s completely right about the standard of living going through the roof… I’m not orthodox nor do I live in a community, as such, but I can tell you it’s happening everywhere… too many of the people I know that are just getting out of college or really starting their career (mid 20’s to 30’s) have such a high standard that they choose to get into big cars, luxury apartments, and go on vacations all the time. only to take on massive amounts of debt and don’t own anything… don’t get me wrong, there are some that can afford it (as he was saying) but due to social media, everyone is trying to live like everyone that has more… it’s sad. Simplicity is the key to peace.

Rabbi Schwartz is so right! My wife & I have been talking about this for years; that the Olam is way way over doing it. But the only way for this to go back to the way it’s supposed to be is if everyone especially the ones that are well off B”H : do live a life & teach it to their kids to live simpler lives. B”H that the message we taught our children (unfortunately their spouses didn’t always learn that lesson) so whenever we make a simcha or make Shabbos/ Yom Tov we don’t over do it : we don’t buy/ make anything that’s not necessary. We just made a simcha & no we didn’t use flowers that’ll end up in the garbage afterwards : we used candles & no one noticed it. The clothes we buy our children aren’t “designer” with over done prices & now that they buy their own clothes they see how right we were. If anyone has “extra” money imagine what they can accomplish if they helped people instead of “showing off”.

A lot of truth here. Many people choose to be poor. I made choices that led to being wealthy, and now that I need money for health problems, I have it. Chasidim are very big on business. Unfortunately, yeshiva men do not think in terms of having a business, they think it's beyond them. It's not. That's why they live at the very edge of existence and get charity - in Lakewood, in Baltimore! I see it in my own close family.
