I think there is some evidence for the spider web man existing at one point. Before the endless staircase existed ig was just a staircase with a few cobwebs by it. It was very empty so it’s likely he used to be there. Also I could be wrong but I believe someone found his original audio, but there is no visual evidence of him out there that I know of

a year late but there is a map of the ride I have seen that actually has "skeleton in web" placed there, apparently from a cast member who worked for years was they took it off because it looked too hokey which is plausible as back then there were figures that were once in rides but later taken away within a short amount of time like alice and snow white in their respecitve rides which have been photographed looked like generic mannequins made to look like them especially the snow white one

And yes the mannequin figures in the fantasyland rides were really cheap looking, they were added later as a response to people not getting that you were supposed to be experiencing the rides through the protagonist’s perspectives, everyone was complaining “where’s Snow White?” Or “where’s Alice?” Etc so Disney put in some rushed figures to be like there there’s your Disney princesses now please shut up but they removed them shortly after because they quite frankly looked awful

Hey, girl you still need that Disney Adventures comic? My lucky ass found it at a thrift store a few years back. (It's not for sale but I'd be happy to get you pictures if you're still interested.) That one's also based on the movie. It's called "Monster Makeover". It showcases an "extreme" home redecorating show. Ramsley, Madame Leota, and a few others are there. It goes how you'd expect, and the show's crew yeet themselves away after a few haunts, one of which includes those crypt zombies that aren't actually in the rides. The end gag is that the crew somehow had time to make a skateboard ramp for the ghosts while they were there, and Ezra on a ghost skateboard wasn't something I would have ever thought was needed, but I'm happy to have that picture in particular in my collection. Also, a few things not mentioned in this video: "Grad Night at the Haunted Mansion" and the sequel "The Man with The Cane" creepypastas. They're a fan creation but super faithful to the source material overall. Also, very recently a "mini" Lego set came out based off of the California Mansion's exterior. And, as another commenter mentioned, the canceled Disney XD Haunted Mansion cartoon teaser. This was great! I've never heard of Iceberg-ing so I can't judge on those standards (not that I would). I think my knolage stopped at the last level except Gracey cos I got her for Xmas in 2016

Great video! I also made a Haunted Mansion iceberg a few months ago. You covered a lot of stuff I didn’t know about, so this was very cool to see. I also found some interesting info not on this video, such as Haunted Mansion: Ball Blast and Grandma Joyce. Always seems like there’s more to learn about this crazy ride
