23:44 after the music "what?" 23:46 this sounds like the back half of someone saying 'Eliza'.seems likley cause thats what we hear next. 23:54 so behind the male voice saying "eliza", it sounds like a sing-song child voice going "hello" 24:05 two theories: if this is saying "swap me" then I think it's Eliza switching out with Joseph, who then precedes to talk about falling off the roof. But I think that this actually says "Not Me", because Ryan has been talking with Joseph the whole time, and picked up him talking to Eliza. I think at least three ghosts are here during this, because while Ryan is freaking out over 23:54, there are a bunch voices talking in the background that sound farther away, as if they're further up the stairs. 24:12 "hear me?" ghost just realized that Ryan can hear him and is double checking. they have no clue what the spirit box is because they predate any tech like that. 'chimney' might be 'scaffolding' but there aren't enough syllables.. so I'm not sure what to do with that one. based on this it seems like the ghosts are pretty friendly, answered his questions and didn't want him to leave.

See, this is probably one of my favorite episodes. It's mainly because none of the ghosts here seem to have any kind of malicious intent, it's all very sad what happened to them, but the worst case scenario here is just a grumpy guy who'd rather you aren't there. But everyone there, in my mind seems fairly kind and welcoming. It's also one of the most active places, and to me, that shows that people don't need to be afraid of all ghosts.

From what I understand a spirit box is supposed to switch from one radio station to another so quickly that without supernatural intervention the random syllables, static, and music would just be nonsense..... however when this spirit box does put together a complete word or phrase.... it's always ALL from the same station..... which means that the spirit box they use doesn't actually switch as quickly or as randomly as it is supposed to. If this spirit box produced a word or phrase out of multiple different radio stations' syllables, the probability that could happen on random is so slim. That could be really compelling evidence, especially if it says something relevant or long. But so far, all it seems they've done is just listen to a radio set to scan. I think they're kind of annoyed with it and just don't put much faith in the evidence it provides anymore. #postmortem (tell us what you guys really think about how effectively the spirit box works if you aren't cowards, Shane and Ryan)
