I can understand. When I was 19 years old I had a temporary job at the Annenberg Building at Mount Sinai hospital. One day, it was summertime, one of the lab techs started talking about the supernatural. She said she would always know when the spirit of her grandmother was near because she ( lab tech) would smell orange blossoms. I believe it was July 1980. I was in the adjacent room at the typewriter writing lab results in the medical log. The lab tech whose name was Stephanie said: " My grandmother's here". I got up from my chair for something and walked into the lab. As I was walking Stephanie asked the other lab techs if they smelled the orange blossoms. When she had finished the sentence I had just walked into the lab then a overpowering smell of orange hit me like a Mack truck!!!😮😮😮 The smell was overwhelming I could feel it my stomach and became severly nauseated! She asked the others if they smelled the odor, then she asked me. I was holding my hand to my nose exclaiming: "Y'all don't smell it"! Y'all don't smell it"? Stephanie said : " Wendy you smell it?" I exclaimed : " Of course I smell it!" I looked around the lab to see if there would be a manifestation, but it was the overpowering odor! I felt as though I would throw up! So yeah I've been there.😮😮😮😮

I don’t believe that. Joan’s 1928 house and sold in 1960 to Actor Donald O’Connor. He says that walls were awful with screaming noises. ( Joan and Christina found a phantom ghost and got medium to put it out.) Until about 1970’s the house was sold to different owners. They said that when they slept in a master bedroom and find that fire was under their bed. Fire department couldn’t find it. Sold several times and today exterior and interior has been renovated beautifully. Today, I don’t know about spirits. Actress Arlene Dahl was Joan’s friend. About 80’s she spent summer at her New York vacation property. Her son Fernando Lamas says at nights it keeps waking him up. One evening Arlene hired a reputable psychic medium from New Orleans. That night several people surrounded at dining room table. The room turned into windy, etc. The medium told Arlene someone named CJ. Arlene says Joan Crawford? Guess what? Arlene was thrown out of chair! Unbelievable! And Son Fernando helped his mother up. Joan was telling about Christina’s book of Mommie Dearest was a lie. She’s dead and it’s hard to believe that her spirit is still around but, I think that Christina embarrassed her mother to death.

I'm not surprised! Any house haunted by the spirit that motivated that one must be one of the worst of demons! She was a terrible woman! I couldn't guess why anyone wishing to buy her house would have thought it would have been a picnic!
