Another brainwashed Christian. God is perfect, the essence of the universe doesn't need your worship nor your subservience. And you certainly don't need anyone to interpret god for you. Get off your knees.

@@Itsatz0 So I assume that you are a pantheist. Pantheism is the act of worshipping the creation as God, while Christians choose to worship the creator as God. God does not need our worship, but he deserves it. Romans 1:18-23 "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools. Revelation 4:11 “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created" John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life" The world and everyone who lives In it is wicked and dead in their sins(Romans 6:23). That's why Jesus came down to earth, to save the world from it's wickedness. He experienced and bore the punishment for the sins of the world, that whoever believes in him will have eternal life. Please repent for your sins and place your trust in Christ, but the path to eternal life is narrow Matthew 7:13-23 “Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it. How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it. “Be on your guard against false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravaging wolves. You’ll recognize them by their fruit. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes or figs from thistles? In the same way, every good tree produces good fruit, but a bad tree produces bad fruit. A good tree can’t produce bad fruit; neither can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that doesn’t produce good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So you’ll recognize them by their fruit. “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, drive out demons in your name, and do many miracles in your name?’ Then I will announce to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you lawbreakers!'

@@Itsatz0 what is more astonishing to me is not a "brainwashed Christian " but someone who doesn't need anyone to tell them who God is, as you put it, yet who is actively looking for sermons just to bash them. LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️

What he says is super true. Africa preaches prosperity gospel like breakfast, lunch and super. It is hard to find a church that sticks to true doctrine, not even a local church will preach exactly what is in the Bible similar to Voddie Baucham. Through him I’ve learnt to heighten my discernment even watching American pastors on KZbin. I am careful to what I feed myself for the sake of my own faith not being tainted and those I share it with. If you’re reading this I hope you learn how to heighten your discernment and learn true gospel by the power of God’s grace and Holy Spirit.

HEY Voddie i have a particular skill related to agriculture and natural resource management in the past i have emailed the United Nations on Climate change but they never respond i believe what has to HAppen is the Heat index must be modulated globally and its not as easy as i say but it must be done to prevent human extinction as a result of the amount of disobedience we need to do what good said and it will change we saw war and conflict and expect the spirit of peace to stand over us in order now to have global sociological balance and Africa must be aided in rising for their moment on life's stage an economically become a global power thru the trans african canal from the Atlantic thru the Sudan and the Sahara Desert in thi moment the suggestion is the Will of God and the responsibility of man and in that there is an unwritten rule of application the obligation is ours and ours alone

I love most Pastor Voddie's sermons and teachings etc and I believe he is a brother in the faith and a true apologist. I do notice however that he can sound somewhat hostile when addressing issues relating to Pentecostals. Though I don't speak tongues or prophesy I am Pentecostal myself. I understand that there are certain abuses within the movement but that should not lump us all into some category as being un-sound believers.

Sir you speak of beards like al Qaeda or muslims originated the beard. 1 Chronicles 19.1-5. Furthermore what does a beard have to do with being protestant? How should a protestant look? Your opinion is very subjective with no biblical support and insults the millions of men who wear beards and also worship a bearded Savior Jesus the Christ. Thes type of statements causes divisions in Christ church and create stumbling blocks for weaker brothers who doesn't know that there is nothing wrong with a man having a beard.

Wow. Had to get past the 22 minute mark before any mention of the word RELATIONSHIP in the definition of Biblical discipleship. Up to that point it seemed like all the primary emphasis was on preaching the gospel better, or more perfectly. Western culture and the Church’s lost understanding of what Jesus meant in Matt 28:20 have resulted in Christians living atomized, disconnected lives with no meaningful relationships, mentoring or discipleship. No wonder so many give up their faith in college or when life gets rough.
@saywhat6632
@saywhat6632 8 ай бұрын
Relationship in discipleship is assumed and understood, clearly. How do you disciple? Various ways but all which require relationship. I think the misconception is that people are brought to Christ through discipleship which is incorrect. Discipleship is for those who believe already. "Relationship building" is done at times for a bridge into the life of an unbeliever so that Christ can be given.

Edgar The bible is proven to be a made up story. The lie of original sin does damage to the people who believe it, especially children. Christianity is one of the worst things to happen to humanity. It condones slavery.
@edgarnyembwa4717

If you actually ready the new testement, that's not the case. The bible should be taken in its entirety, which means that once Jesus came, everything changed. Usually people who say that it's evil point to certain isolated passages without considering the full narrative. And by the way, scripture says God is the authority, not humans and their worldview. I don't expect somebody who isn't in the faith to accept this, because 1 Corinthians says the wisdom of God is foolishness to man. I do however encourage you to dig deeper than what you see on social media and popular media, you just might be presently surprised 🙂

Edgar The New testament is as real as a Cinderella fairy tale. Those miracles never happened. No one outside the bible reports them. They didn't happen. Christianity is a brainwashing organization. It's purpose is to take your money.

itsatz you're making yourself come off as somebody who has a strong opinion about something yet seems to be misinformed. 1) as I did state before, if you cared to look (which I assume you dont), you'll find that Christianity has a long history which is documented, and yes, even history after the biblical cannon closed. 2) you do realize that you're commenting on a voddie baucham video right? This guy is actually a reformed Christian (holds close to scripture) and is not associated with those part of the prosperity gospel (the Looney Christians you might be thinking of who love money and truthfully, are not christians). Do your research. 3) you do realize that what was considered the early church suffered severe persecution, even after Jesus? You'd have to be crazy to give up your life for something false don't you think? Anyway, like I said before, no use in arguing. As it says in 1 Corinthians, those without the spirit cannot discern the things of the spirit. However, I do hope that one day you'll eventually come to saving faith in Jesus.

I trust my own discernment, his beard looks like he's interested in the praises of men. No other pastor at this conference has a ridiculous looking beard like him. John MacArthur doesn't, R.C. Sproul didn't, Steve Lawson doesn't, Al Mohler doesn't. They all simply shave, put on a suit and tie, and preach the Word. Period. "You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, for GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. - 1 Peter 5:5-7

But he considers himself a so-called "Reformist" which means his emphasis is on the Scripture, and not the person. I watch the G3 for a reformist, Sola Scriptura emphasis, and he is more 'charismatic' and hence a distraction to this movement.

"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already." 1 John 4:1-4. Why are you getting so heated over a pastor. Is your faith so weak that basic criticism of a pastor among his peers makes you get all mean. Pastor Baucham keeps one eye on how he is received, and how he looks, and it's obvious. Anyone watching a Q&A where he is involved can he the body language. He is about acting like a pastor, and he is intentionally drawing attention to himself. I guess the Word is not enough, and he needs a shtick.
